How does "Fulfilled by Amazon" work?
Items "Fulfilled by Amazon" are shipped from
an Amazon Fulfillment Center to you. All of our
standard shipping rates and policies apply to
these items, including FREE Super Saver Shipping
on qualifying orders over $25.
After you place an order, the carrier, ship
date, and estimated delivery date for your
package will be listed in Your Account and can
be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation
number, you can track your package by clicking
the "Track packages" link in Your Account.
Amazon also handles all customer service and
product returns for "Fulfilled by Amazon" items.
What is the Return Policy
Because order fulfillment is provided by
Amazon.com, all orders are subject to the
current
Amazon.com returns policy.
You may return new, unopened items sold and
fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. Items should be
returned in their original packaging. Amazon.com
will also pay the return shipping costs if the
return is a result of an Amazon.com error. Just
visit the Amazon.com online Returns Center, and
Amazon.com will guide you through the process
and even supply you with a return mailing label
you can print out.
Do we accept phone, fax, email or snail mail
orders?
We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders
or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and
shipping are available on the website only.

How do I use the shopping cart?

items you want to purchase to your shopping
cart, and if everything meets your satisfaction,

onscreen instructions. If you're a new customer,
click "GO" next to "New Customer" to create an
account. The contents of your shopping cart will
be held for you during this process. After
creating an account, you should proceed to check
out as normal.
Do open box items qualify for rebate offers?
No, we do not offer (or honor) rebates for
open box items. A rebate offer for a new product
will not be honored for a open box unit of the
